    Basic Rolls:

Step 1: the GM set a difficalty for the roll.

Step 2: Roll the number of d6s (6 sided dice) equal to the number of dots in the related Root you have.

Step 3: Count your Successes. A roll of 1 on a die is a stumble (remove a success), 2-3 is a failure, 4-5 is a success, and a roll of 6 is a double success. You may reroll a number of dice equal to the dots you have in the related Training.

Step 4: If you have more success then the difficalty you pass. If you have -3 success the GM gives you a consequence. If you have double the needed success you get a temporary boon.
